This Cookie Policy explains how Saunter Immigration Services uses cookies and similar technologies on this website.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your device. They help the website work, remember your choices and, in some cases, collect information about how you use it. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in much the same way.
Cookies We Use
Necessary cookies are needed for the website to work and cannot be turned off. They include:
- Cookie consent: remembers whether you accepted, rejected or customized cookies, so we do not ask you on every page.
- Accessibility preferences: remembers settings you choose in the accessibility tool, such as larger text or higher contrast.
- Site administration: keeps our own staff signed in when they manage the website. These are not set for visitors.
Analytics and advertising cookies: we do not currently use cookies to track visitors, measure traffic or show ads. If we add them in the future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
Third-Party Services
Some parts of our website use services from other companies, which may set their own cookies or collect technical information such as your IP address:
- Google Maps: the map showing our office location is provided by Google, which may set cookies when you view or use the map. The map only loads after you accept Advertisement cookies in our cookie banner. Until then, you will see a placeholder instead. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Google Fonts: some fonts are loaded from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address to deliver them.
- Social media links: our Facebook and Instagram links take you to those websites, which have their own cookie policies. They do not set cookies on our website until you visit them.
Managing Your Cookie Choices
When you first visit our website, a banner lets you accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies or customize your choices. You can change your choice at any time by clicking the cookie icon at the bottom of the page.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, some parts of the website may not work properly.
More Information
To learn how we handle personal information, please read our Privacy Policy.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the date it was last updated.
