Yes. A 30-minute consultation is $100 CAD and a 60-minute consultation is $200 CAD. We’ll confirm your appointment time and payment details with you before your consultation.

1–2 days before your consultation, please complete our online client intake form. It helps us understand your situation in advance, so we can make the most of your time together. We’ll send you the link when we confirm your appointment.

It also helps to have your passport and any immigration documents nearby, such as current permits, previous applications or refusal letters, plus a list of your questions. Please don’t email personal documents until we’ve confirmed the next steps with you.

No. Decisions are made by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), and no one can guarantee approval. Be cautious of anyone who does. What we can promise is honest advice and a complete, carefully prepared application.

Processing times depend on the program and change often. IRCC publishes its current estimates on its processing times page, and we’ll explain what to expect for your situation.

No. You can apply on your own, and IRCC’s forms are free. Many people choose a licensed professional for guidance and peace of mind, especially if their situation is complex or they’ve been refused before.
